As the Chief Medical Officer for CVS MinuteClinic™, Munk oversees patient care strategies with a focus on helping ensure that MinuteClinic® continues to provide high-quality and accessible clinical care to patients. As Senior Vice President, Associate Chief Medical Officer, CVS Health, Munk is guiding development of innovative strategic programming and expanded health care services across the CVS Health enterprise.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Munk held leadership positions at the University of New Mexico Health System and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and served as Chief Medical Officer of several regional provider organizations.
Munk holds a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Health Care Management (MHCM) from Harvard University.
