Former Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, CVS Health
Lisa Bisaccia was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the executive management team of CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, with revenues of approximately $250 billion and more than 295,000 employees. Lisa, who reported directly to CEO Larry Merlo, was responsible for direction and management of all human resources functions enterprise wide, building the leadership effectiveness, engagement, talent and capabilities necessary to achieve CVS Health’s business objectives. She has driven multiple strategic initiatives, including improving employee engagement and experience, redesigning health benefits for all employees and launching enterprise-wide talent management and leadership development systems. Additionally, Lisa served as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other members of senior management. Lisa was considered an expert in executive compensation and current employee benefits and wellness trends in our country.
Lisa has been a human resources leader for over thirty years, with expertise in the financial services industry as well as the healthcare and retail sectors. She earned her BA in Modern Languages from Trinity College and her MBA from the University of Connecticut.
