Former Executive Vice President, CVS Health and President, CVS Caremark
As Executive Vice President, CVS Health and President, CVS Caremark – the company’s pharmacy benefits management (PBM) business – Derica Rice oversaw all aspects of the PBM business including sales and account management, operations, mail service pharmacy and specialty pharmacy. Rice was also responsible for driving PBM strategy, new business development and client relationship management and retention.
Rice joined CVS Health in 2018 from Eli Lilly and Company where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of global services and Chief Financial Officer.
Rice earned his master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University.
