Candace Jodice

Jodice is responsible for the design and financial management of the colleague benefits program, an annual expense of over $1 billion. She directs a team of individuals engaging in program design and implementation, plan compliance, analytics, wellness/clinical programming as well as benefit partner relationship management.

Jodice has more than 25 years of benefits and compensation experience and has spent the last 15 years with CVS Health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Bridgewater State College and holds Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations from World at Work.

Jodice is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council, the Council on Employee Benefits, American Benefits Council, the HR Policy Association, Business Roundtable and the National Business Group on Health.  She also serves as a Board Member of the Cost Solutions Institute within the National Business Group on Health and Connecting Children & Families, a non-profit in the city of Woonsocket, RI.
