
Brian Leadingham is Senior Vice President, Client Service Operations, CVS Health. In this capacity he has responsibility for a Client Service Operations Team with a broad scope covering client implementations, member communications, and member data transition activities. Leadingham is a Certified Project Manager, with more than 26 years of operational, technology and program management experience at CVS Caremark. Prior to his current role, Leadingham was vice president, Product Development where he led the design and development of some of the company's marquee products including Maintenance Choice and MinuteClinic Copay Reduction.
Brian joined CVS Caremark in August 1991 in Mail Pharmacy Operations where he held numerous positions with progressively more responsibility. He spent his first 16 years in operations where he led the development and implementation of CVS Caremark's proprietary mail order system. During his time with the company, he has held various positions including vice president/general manager leading the company's flagship mail pharmacy, and regional vice president, Pharmacy Operations. Following the merger of CVS Health and Caremark, he served as and vice president, IT, and led the Transformation Management Office (TMO). In that role, he oversaw the coordination and management of a $600M investment encompassing the most strategic corporate transformational projects including platform consolidation, streamlining operational processes, upgrading core infrastructure, and improving our new business implementation process.
